How come nobody ever told me that interval training was balls hard?
No idea if I did it remotely correctly…but I’m definitely hot, sweaty, and tired right now. Did about a mile comfortable pace to warm up, then ran 4 fast intervals (at about a 6:30 pace I think) with walking breaks in between them. I don’t think my interval was exactly 400 meters, but I was just running in the semi-circular driveway of the museum across the street. Gotta work with what I have!!
Sound about right? Tips?
